C&L Stands for Charlotte and Lyndi. Charlotte is the daughter who was born on the island in 1980 and started school at Bellver International College in Palma at the age of three. Charlotte then later went on to finish her studies in a local Spanish school which has given her the ability to be bilingual.

Lindy who is the mother first arrived on the island in 1971 on her honeymoon staying in the hotel Tobago in Magalluf. Even then I could see why the Mallorcan people where so relaxed and healthy living in such a slow pace of life compared to other parts of Europe. We decided to stay and set up a business on the island.
